Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Numbers War III mobile game ("we", "us", the "game") handles information when you play. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game, show ads (unless you remove them), and improve the experience. We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or address to play.
- We don't require an account or personal profile to play.
- Your game progress is stored on your device.
- We use analytics and (unless you remove ads) advertising, provided by Google.
- Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
- You control ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.
1. Information we and our partners collect
a. Information you provide
The game does not require you to submit personal information to play. If you contact support by email, we receive whatever you include in that message (such as your email address and any details you share).
b. Automatically collected information
Like most mobile games, the game and its service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including: device model and operating system version, language and region, app version, coarse in-game events and performance data, a mobile advertising identifier (IDFA, if you allow tracking), and general crash/diagnostic data. This helps us understand how the game is used and fix problems.
c. Game progress
Your level progress and settings are stored locally on your device. If you use Apple Game Center, your leaderboard score (the number of levels you have cleared) is associated with your Game Center account and handled by Apple.
2. Third-party services
We use trusted third parties to operate parts of the game. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (Analytics) — anonymous/aggregated usage and performance analytics. Firebase privacy.
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements when you have not purchased the ad-free option. AdMob may use an advertising identifier to show relevant ads and measure performance. Google Ads privacy.
- Apple App Store & StoreKit — processes in-app purchases. Apple handles payment; we receive only confirmation of what was purchased, not your payment details.
- Apple Game Center — leaderboards, subject to Apple's privacy policy.
3. How we use information
- To run, maintain, and improve the game and its balance.
- To display and measure advertising (unless you have removed ads).
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To operate leaderboards you choose to participate in.
4. Advertising & your choices
If you purchase Remove Ads, we stop showing advertisements. On iOS, apps must ask permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can review or change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device, and limit ad personalization in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the game, and where required by law.
6. Data retention
Game progress remains on your device until you delete it (via in-game Settings → Reset progress) or uninstall the game. Analytics and advertising data are retained by our providers according to their own policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
7. Children's privacy
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of digital consent in your region (for example, under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or to object to certain processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). Because the game does not tie gameplay to a personal account, most data is either on your device or held in anonymized/aggregated form by our providers. To make a request or ask a question, email us using the details below.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, and rely on the security of Apple and Google's platforms for storage and payments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International users
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. By using the game, you understand that information may be processed where these providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Please review this page periodically.
