These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Numbers War III mobile game and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Numbers War III on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Ownership

The game, its code, artwork, characters, audio, level designs, and branding are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

3. Purchases

• The game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, "Remove Ads"). Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Purchases unlock digital content only; they have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help you contact Apple.
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through your Apple ID, including purchases made by others using your device.

4. Advertising

Unless you purchase the ad-free option, the game may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (including Google AdMob). Ads are governed by the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate leaderboards; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

6. Game Center & leaderboards

If you use Game Center features, your ranking is based on levels cleared. We may reset or remove scores that appear to result from manipulation or exploits.

7. Updates & availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time, including game balance, content, and features. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Children

The game is suitable for a general audience. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information and our approach to younger players.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
